Eating a plenty of vegetables helps us to stay healthy. Also, it helps in reducing the risk of many diseases. Veggies are usually low in calories. Beetroots provide antioxidant, carrot reduces cholesterol, cabbage provides vitamin K and bitter gourd is rich in iron. We should intake lots of vegetable everyday and we should stay healthy.
