People who eat fruit as a part of an overall healthy diet have reduced risk of chronic diseases. Fruits are important sources of many nutrients including potassium, fiber, vitamin C and folic acid. The potassium in fruit can reduce our risk of heart disease, kidney stones and helps to decrease bone loss. Let’s eat more fruits and stay good and healthy. Thank you.
