Exercise is an important part of a healthy life style. It improves our mental health and it is a great way to unwind from the stress of life. Regular exercise control our weight, helps us to stay fit and healthy by strengthening our bones and muscles. There are different types of exercise. Some go for jogging, some work out in gym, some does swimming, and some does yoga. Let me conclude by saying that, to stay healthy, we should exercise every day. Thank you.
